Be The Change - cultivate kindness one breath at a time

This 75-minute Yin Yang yoga class is designed to help you find your balance and keep you centered amidst the challenges you may be facing. Annie, Doris and Holly will lead you through a brief meditation, an active and dynamic Yang Yoga practice followed by a restorative and calming Yin Yoga practice. This class is open to people with all experience levels - beginners included!

Women and girls in Afghanistan have been living in a climate of extreme insecurity and uncertainty and Women's Regional Network partners with people on the ground to respond and help women human rights defenders get to safety. Afghan women report that their homes are being invaded, their organizations are being looted, men are blocking them from the airport gates, and they acutely fear for their lives and for their families. All proceeds from this class will be donated to this fundraiser benefiting Women's Regional Network to protect Afghan women: https://www.gofundme.com/f/protect-women-leaders-in-afghanistan

All participants will receive a gift and a 500 HKD voucher to spend at Sweaty Betty's Hong Kong stores. The class will take place at the beautiful Flowga studio in Central.
